For all the rain we've been getting in Alabama lately, it turns out that we're still in a drought of historical proportions. The state purports to have a plan for sharing the scant water resources with Georgia, but it looks like Atlanta will be getting most of the water. You can see pictures of how low Lake Martin is here. Apparently the only solution is the tried-and-true rain dance.
