Well today is the celebrated birthday of Jefferson Davis, the first president of the Confederacy, so we here in Alabama have an official holiday. Not that it matters to me, as I am currently disemployed, but for the rest of you poor saps living above the Mason-Dixon line who had to go into work today, well, too bad.
